About Us

S.N.A.P. is a non-denominational, faith based, 501(c)(3) non-profit agency, which is focused on networking with set federal, local and private resource centers and organizations.  The agency works as an extension of and liaison between existing programs in order to better serve our community members who have special needs. 

We currently offer many social activities as well as educational programs (see our Resources page and below).

  • Teen and Adult Faith-Based Retreats

  • Vacation Bible School

  • Food for Friends

  • Ice Cream Social

  • Caregiving seminars on financial, medical and behavioral topics

  • Caregivers CPR and First-Aid Training

  • Caregiver and Family support groups

  • Outreach and counseling to new moms, families and caregivers on rights, programs and opportunities for special needs individuals and those around them.

To successfully accomplish the goals that we have set forth requires diligence and support.  The incorporation of God is sure to promote the effectiveness of this program in which we seek to build a support network that will provide local and regional professional, technical and volunteer services for citizens with special needs.
