About Us
S.N.A.P. is a non-denominational, faith based, 501(c)(3) non-profit agency, which is focused on
networking with set federal, local and private resource centers and
organizations. The agency works as an extension of and liaison
between existing programs in order to better serve our
community members who have special needs. We currently offer
many social activities as well as educational programs (see our Resources
page and below). S.N.A.P. seeks your support
in order to keep these and other programs going. You may make tax

regional professional, technical and volunteer services for
citizens with special needs.
