MISSION: 

S.N.A.P. is a faith-based , 501(c)(3) non-profit agency dedicated to providing informational, educational, rehabilitative, therapeutic, support services, and social opportunities for individuals with special needs and their families.  S.N.A.P.'s purpose is to improve the quality of life for those with special needs through the collaboration of community and government agencies,  as well as businesses and other non-profit organizations.

GOALS:

We seek to build a support network with local and regional organizations which will provide professional, technical and volunteer services for citizens with special needs.  S.N.A.P. endeavors to increase the public's awareness of and provide advocacy/support for special needs individuals and their families and caregivers.
